Do you deliver to PO boxes?

Yes we offer delivery to any PO Box addresses.

 

I've received the wrong item, what can I do?

If you’ve received the correct number of items, but one isn’t what you ordered – please let us know within 48 hours what should have been received instead. You’ll then need to return the wrong item. contact us if you’d like the correct item sent to you or if you’d like to receive a refund. As soon as we receive this we’ll get the correct item sent out or your refund actioned.

 

Where do you deliver to?

At the moment we deliver to England, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Wales, as well as the Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of Wight and the Highlands and Islands of Scotland. We currently do not post internationally (coming soon)

 

Can you deliver to a different address than my billing address?

Yes, we absolutely can. Once you’ve filled out your billing address details in the checkout you’ll then be able to add an alternative delivery address. You just have to make sure you do this yourself before submitting your order; we can’t change this information once the processing has begun, unfortunately.

 

I'm missing an item from my order?

If you’re missing an item from your order contact us within 48 hours. You’ll be offered to have the missing item sent to you separately or to receive a refund. A missing item will be sent on our Express Delivery service where possible. As part of our on-going fraud prevention measures, a letter or email may be sent to you and requires signing before your missing item will be sent out.

 

How do I return my item?

You can return your item(s) via your local Post Office.

Return with the Post Office

  • Take your parcel to the Post Office
  • Request the standard parcel delivery service (remember to take out additional insurance if the contents of your items exceed £50).
  • Sit back and wait for your refund/exchange

How long do I have to return an item?

We have a 28 day returns policy. We hope you love your items but if you're not happy for any reason you can return them to us within 28 days of receipt of parcel.

Please note our perfumes and aftershave must be unused to receive refund.

 

What if the item is faulty?

We’re sorry that you’ve received a faulty item – if you return the faulty item back to us for inspection and the issue is a production fault for example, we’ll send you out a replacement or refund of your request. You‘ll need to let us know within 48 hours of receipt of your parcel if there is a fault so we can resolve the problem for you quickly.

 

How long will it take for refund/exchange?

We aim to process all our returns within 3 – 5 working days of receipt but please bear in mind that it may take up to 7 working days for it to get to us. You’ll then need to allow an additional 7 working days for your refund / exchange – we’ll send you an email to let you know we have processed your return request once it’s been done.

If you request a refund we’ll automatically refund your original payment method. As our prices are so low our products can sell out quickly! If we no longer have the exchange item that you’re requesting, a refund will simply be issued.
